Case Study: Transforming the Flight Department of a Leading Global Media Company

We recently had the opportunity to work with a leading global media company that wished to expand their in-house flight operations. This company already had a flight department with a couple of Gulfstream aircraft, but they were eager to establish a shuttle service for their employees commuting between their Bay Area and Los Angeles offices. They knew what they wanted, but were unsure of the path to get there.

We started by sitting down with the executives, discussing their projected needs, and brainstorming the optimal solution to meet these requirements. Ultimately, we devised a plan to launch an employee shuttle service utilizing a fleet of King Air 350's, add an additional aircraft to their existing executive fleet, and incorporate a jet card program to accommodate their inter-European flight needs.

In total, our plan involved the acquisition of 5 new aircraft and a Jet Card program with a 5-year commitment. We were able to significantly enhance their flight department's capabilities, catering to their growing needs and ensuring a seamless, high-quality flight experience for both their employees and executives.
